Tread-TEQ is a lightweight, one-person operational system designed to clean an escalator in just a few minutes. Tread-TEQ uses the escalators propulsion to generate the cleaning action, so no outside power is required, and there's no need to turn the escalator off.

Tool System

The Tread-TEQ tool system includes a Quick ReleaseTelescoping Handle, Head Unit, and Saturation Tub.

Cleaning Pads

Tread-TEQ Pads come in 3 widths and are currently available in two patterns: V-pattern and W-pattern. Tread-TEQ Pads can be rinsed out and are reusable.

What Makes Tread-TEQ Cleaning Pads Better?

Part number CT2.5 : Clean-TEQ
2 x 5 liters concentrated solution. Dilute 1:10

Clean-TEQ is a neutral pH, low foaming, no rinse cleaner with anti-corrosion and slip resistance additives.

Clean-TEQ contains no phosphates, butyl, bleaches, NTA, chlorine or ammonia and, is alkaline free.

Clean-TEQ is safe for use on all escalator and travellator (walkway) brands models and finishes.

Clean-TEQ dissolves oil, grease and mineral soiling, including stains from spilled drinks.

Clean-TEQ dries quickly and leaves no slippery residue when used as directed.

Clean-TEQ solution is manufactured with respect for the environment. Even the container is made from HDPE-2 for easier recycling.
